Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Introduction
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible to return it for an exchange or, where applicable, request a refund, under the conditions outlined below.
This Returns & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through our webshop at www.rudisawi.com or at our physical stores, whether the item was delivered to your address or collected in-store.
Please read this policy carefully. We primarily offer exchanges rather than refunds, except in cases where an item is faulty or damaged.
2. Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, items must:
- Be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
- Be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving any exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange, unless faulty or damaged upon delivery or collection::
- Clearance or discounted items.
- Opened bedding, mattresses, or hygiene-sensitive products.
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact Customer Service within the return period by email at rudiswon@rudisa.net, by telephone at (+597) 424-547 / (+597) 426-244, or via WhatsApp at (+597) 862-7660.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) to be exchanged, and the reason for the exchange.
- Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team.
- Upon approval, return the item(s) to one of our store locations with the original receipt.
Please note: Exchanges made without prior approval may be declined.
4. Return Locations
All returns and exchanges must be made in person at our physical store locations in Suriname.
We do not accept returns or exchanges by post or courier, nor do we offer item collection.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
We carefully inspect all items before delivery or collection.
- If your item is delivered by our team and arrives damaged or faulty, please notify the delivery team immediately upon receipt, then contact Customer Service. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, including delivery costs where applicable.
- If you collect your item yourself, you are responsible for inspecting it at collection. Damage occurring after collection during personal transport is not covered by our policy.
Please note: Photographic or video evidence may be requested to assist with claims.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for the same item or for a different item of equal or higher value, subject to stock availability.
Price differences must be paid or refunded accordingly
7. Refunds
Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, primarily for damaged or faulty items where an exchange is not possible.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before processing or dispatch by contacting Customer Service promptly.
9. Warranty
Some items carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by product.
A valid proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
